INGChallenge Everyday Digital, the initiative promoted by ING in collaboration with growITup – Cariplo Factory, took place on March 15th in the Cariplo Factory Arena.

The main topic of the event was the role of the digital services in our lives and how they help citizens and people to live better.
During the event, moderated by Enrico Pagliarini of Radio24, the Institutions also took part with the representation of the Councilor of Digital Transformation and Civic Services of Milan Roberta Cocco, David Orban, Founder and President of SingularityU Italy, and two startuppers Elisa Pagliarani, General Manager of Glovo Italy and Alessandro Bruzzi, CEO of Uala, both active in the digital transformation at the service of citizens.

INGChallenge was not only a moment of debate about everyday technologies, but something more: a real competition between three startups focused on everyday digital services.

  • Splitty Pay, the startup how has created a payment system dedicated to online and group purchases.
  • Feat Food, the integrated multichannel operator that produces, sells and distributes healthy and balanced foods for a diet in support of sporting life.
  • Wher, the service that helps women to move around the city consciously and safely.

The startups were voted by a jury of ING Managers and representatives of Cariplo Factory, accelerators, funds, and the Milan Digital Week audience.
Thanks to the brilliant presentation of Eleonora Gargiulo, CEO, and co-founder of the startup, at the end of the pitch sessions and Q&A, Wher has elected the winner of INGChallenge.

The first INGChallenge Event of 2019 has already ended, but another one is coming! INGChallenge will be back in a few weeks with “Sustainability & Green economy”, dedicated to the most brilliant startup’s focus on sustainability.
